Recommended for first time / intermediate riders! Tours include, snowmobile, guide, lesson, rental gear, trail permit, gas & oil. Full day tour includes lunch ($25 voucher), dinner tour includes meal ($25 voucher). Dinner tour approximately 2 ½- 3 ½ hrs. Children 12 & under are free.
All tours do not include tax. Must be 19 years of age and provide a valid driver’s licence to operate snowmobile*. $2500 Damage Deposit Required

Guided Side By Side (UTV) Tours
2022 rates for our half-day 3hr tour excursion and our 2 hr excursion. Now offering ATV'S! Tours depart at approximately 10:00am and 2:00pm daily although these times may vary depending on bookings. Tours include tour guide, lesson, machine, fuel, helmets, snacks and beverages.
2Hr Guided Tour - $275.00 Per Machine.
3Hr Guided Tour - $375.00 Per Machine.

Cottage Rentals
We Offer 2 bedroom and 5 bedroom cottages for rent. Cottage rentals are based on a two night minimum. Rates starting from $ 250 per night and up.. Please inquire about number of people and nights for pricing. No pets allowed! We require a $1,000 damage deposit.
We are also partnered with the Windemere House, Sherwood Inn, The Marriott, Club Muskoka and the Muskoka Beer Spa. Ask for details.
Great Stone Firepit
Our fantastic cottage has an enormous 20' stone fire pit for you and your guests. From roasting smores to just keeping warm on a chilly night, everyone can enjoy a winter bonfire.
Upon request, we can supply our guests with wood for $5 a bag.
IMPORTANT
We require a security deposit on all packages. (Please refer to forms for cancellation agreement). 50% pre-auth, non-refundable booking deposit and a $2,500 security damage deposit for snowmobile and cottege rentals (returned after tour). We accept cash, check, visa or e-transfers.
